* NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE * Please refrain from smoking and/or vaping inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. You are allowed to smoke/vape in the backyard patio but do not throw buds on the ground, dispose them in the trash can. * NO PARTIES/MESSAGE FOR EVENTS * We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please send a message for all event inquires before booking. * COVID-19 SANITIZATION * Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. * WE WELCOME PETS* Feel free to bring your dog with you on your vacation. There will be a pet fee of $250 per stay. * PROPANE GAS USE* Please clean all grill tools AND grill after use. Grill should be cover at all time when not in use. Please do not use grill near or against the home and fence, this will cause damage to the home sidings and fence. Turn off gas and propane gas tank after use. These rules are extremely important to follow. Any damages to the home, fence, and grill will subject to repair/replacement fee. Any extra cleaning will subject to a $200 cleaning fee. *SEPARATE SUITE* There is a separate suite attached to the home with a separate entrance that guest will not be allowed in. This is not a shared space and is designated for our management team/family. This suite may or may not be occupied during your stay - if occupied, rest assured that your privacy and space will be utmost respected and will not be interrupted, shared space will be the laundry unit. *DISCLAIMER & ALLERGENS* Dear Guests, Welcome! Feel free to park on the driveway, there are also plenty of free street parking right in front of the home. When you arrive, you will walk down a lit-up patio walkway with two French doors welcoming you. You will be given a code during your entire stay for the keyless entry pad. There is a separate suite attached to the home with a separate entrance that guest will not be allowed in. This is not a shared space and is designated for our management team. This suite may or may not be occupied during your stay - if occupied, rest assured that your privacy and space will be utmost respected.
