Fully fenced private 3 level backyard with a gazebo, outdoor dining table, furniture, and a fire pit table. Lights are hung and can be fully lit up at night. In-house laundry (washer and dryer) with laundry detergent pods for your use. 1 pod per wash is all you will need. 5 theme bedrooms with 8 beds, pull out sofa bed, and two queen air mattresses (linens, pillows, blankets are all provided). Sleeps plenty of people. Master, double bed, and the trundle bedroom has a TV. 1 bedroom is located on the lower level, accessible to a full bathroom for those that prefer no stairs. 3 full baths with most amenities (hand towels, body towels, makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 3 hair dryers in each bathrooms, clothes iron, master bath has a bidet). 2 full baths are located upstairs and 1 full bath is located in the lower level. Kitchen with an island bar (4 stools) has everything that you will need from pots and pans, brita filter water dispenser, ice, eating & cooking utensils, plates & cups & wine glasses & bowls, seasonings, coffee & espresso machine, water kettle and so much more. Living room has a TV and a comfy sectional couch. Turn on Netflix (your log in is require) and chill OR challenge each other with fun board games!!
