Housekeeping Rules:
Check-out time is at 11am.
Please ensure you check out by the specified time, as the cleaning team will arrive shortly after. Before you check out, please ensure that all doors and windows are locked, and that you turn off all the lights.
With warm and cool temps please feel free to adjust from heat to AC – before your check out, set thermostat back to auto cool 72 prior to leaving.
1. First and foremost, enjoy your stay.
2. No shoes in the house. We love to keep our floors clean and streak-mark free. When you enter, we would love to ask you to leave your shoes in the corner of the front entrance or closet.
3. Pets are not allowed unless host are notified at least 5 days prior to arrival. Extra fee will apply.
4. No smoking or vaping.
5. Quiet hours between 9pm and 6am.
- No Parties.
7. Please respect our Neighbors.
8. Please do not block our neighbors driveway.
9. Please observe the speed limit in our neighborhood.
10. Please make sure doors and windows are closed and locked when leaving the home.

Special Notes:
* NO SMOKING INSIDE * Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. You are allowed to smoke in the backyard patio but do not throw buds on the ground, dispose them in the trash can.
* NO PARTIES/MESSAGE FOR EVENTS * We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please send a message for all event inquires before booking.
* COVID-19 SANITIZATION * Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
